Scarborough Downs can accommodate groups from 14 to 300 people, depending on needs and expectations. No matter the size, a group event at the races is always a memorable occasion. Your group will simply love the beautiful setting and unique venue! (May through mid-September only).
Our Group Sales Coordinator, Dawn Gentley, is glad to work with you to arrange: COMPANY MEETINGS AND SEMINARS * TRADE SHOWS * RECEPTIONS * BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES. . . AND MORE! She'll help you select from one of the delicious lunch, dinner, hors d'oeuvres or other special menus we have prepared for group functions. Don't see what you want? Just ask!
All facilities are handicapped accessible.
WHAT GROUP RATES INCLUDE:
Free Race Program (when the group dines with us in the Downs Club) * Race dedication for the group with its name printed in the race program for that day * Track announcer's welcome over the PA system* Winner's circle photo with winning horse and driver of that race. A day of fun and excitement!

PARKING:
Scarborough Downs has free parking on-site for more than 5,000 cars and ample space for motor coaches. Coaches may pull up to the front of either the Grandstand or Clubhouse for curbside loading and unloading.
